  • During your initial visit, the doctor will review intake paperwork, health history and go over any questions or concerns you might have. We will complete a thorough physical examination and neuro-spinal analysis using CLA INSiGHT® technology. The doctor will then review the assessment findings and scans to determine if you are a good candidate for care. If so, we will begin treatment at your second visit, unless further imaging or referral is needed. This approach allows the doctor to create a personalized plan of care that best supports your unique needs and goals.

  • Yes. We offer both wellness membership and packages for patients who want to maintain spinal health, prevent injuries, and support long-term well-being through regular chiropractic visits.

  • Yes. Dr. Kenzie uses gentle, evidence-based techniques tailored to your comfort level, age, and health needs. Chiropractic care is widely regarded as a safe, non-invasive treatment.

  • Absolutely. We provide safe, gentle care for infants, toddlers, and children, tailored to their age and development.

  • Heirloom Health is a cash-based practice. While we do not bill insurance directly, we’re happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. This approach allows us to focus fully on delivering the personalized care you deserve. We gladly accept HSA and FSA as forms of payment. For patients 65+ and Medicare-eligible, we provide preventative and maintenance care only, which is not covered by Medicare.
